	FINNISH SAUNA The classic Finnish sauna with a temperature of around 90-100°C and low humidity is especially suitable for after sport, because it promotes the degradation of lactate. The principle of the Finnish sauna is based upon alternation between heat and cooling. Through this, your body learns to adapt itself optimally to the current temperature.

	BIO-SAUNA The Bio Sauna is a way of taking a sauna that is very gentle on the circulation. The temperature is approx. 55°C, with a humidity of around 40-60%. Herbal vapours have a pleasant and relaxing effect, the Bio Sauna is health-promoting and beneficial for the skin.

	INFRARED SAUNA The radiant heat emitted in the cabin, approx. 30°C ensures warming of the connective tissue. This is then passed on to the muscles via blood circulation. This way tension and back pains can be positively influenced and the immune system strengthened.

	TEPIDARIUM Due to the body-approximate room temperature of 39°C an artificial fever temperature is produced that strengthens the immune system without subjecting the circulation to stress. One should stay in the tepidarium for at least 30 minutes to achieve a positive effect. The tepidarium has a preventive and healing effect and offers an ideal way to relax and regenerate.

	BRINE STEAM BATH With very high humidity and a temperature of approx. 36°-40°C the brine-saturated air has a therapeutic effect on the respiratory passages, detoxifies the body and stimulates the circulation.

	OTTOMAN STEAM BATH With a temperature of approx. 34°-38° C and 100 % humidity, the Ottoman steam bath has a detoxifying and calming effect. In order to intensify this effect, essential oils are used.

	TURKISH STEAM BATH At a temperature of 36°C the pores open and are thoroughly soaked by the water vapour in the air. The Turkish steam bath has a positive effect on the respiratory system and the circulation, tensions are loosened and the skin takes on a rosy appearance.

	HOT STONES Lie down on the 33°C warm stone loungers and enjoy relaxing moments. Thanks to the heat tensions are loosened and the musculature is relaxed.
