NUAD Thai Yoga 80 min.

The energy points of the body are stimulated by Thai yoga  and the massage ensures deep relaxation and loosening up of the locomotor system. Important elements of this are reflexology massage, acupressure and stretching, extension and tapping techniques. Throughout the massage, the therapist works on concentrated points, e.g. pressing with the thumbs or palms. 

Thai foot treatment 50 min. 

Feet, calves and knees are massaged and loosened with moisturising creams and oils. After the circulation has been invigorated, the reflex zones on the feet are stimulated by means of a special wooden rod, loosening energy blockages in the corresponding regions of the body.

Shiatsu 50 min. 

Shiatsu derives from the Japanese shi "finger" and atsu for "pressure". In shiatsu we feel the flow of energy. The aim is the unhindered flowing of energy and strengthening of self-healing forces. Shiatsu has a preventive effect against disorders and illnesses and supports health.

Singing Bowl Treatment 50 min. 

In the Tibetan singing bowl massage, resonating bowls are placed on various points of the body. Gentle vibrations and harmonious sounds have a deeply relaxing and harmonising effect, and make it possible for the body to apply its self-healing resources. Please come to the treatment in comfortable clothing. 

Pantai Luar 50 min.

Pantai Luar is a traditional massage from Indonesia and means „to new shores“. In this whole-body treatment, your body is rubbed with warm oils and then massaged with a heated herbal stamp containing essential oils. The application tautens the skin, promotes circulation and is beneficially relaxing.

La Stone is a body treatment based on the combination of hot and cold stimuli. What is so unusual about this special massage is the use of heated basalt stones and ice-cold marble stones, which are applied by the therapist to bring the body into harmony.
