ALPIENNE Herbal Dream 80 min. 

Starting with a mountain herb steam bath, your skin is prepared for the following herbal stamp massage. After the massage you still enjoy a herbal bath. 

A relaxing natural salt peeling with arnica, honey Swiss stone pine or St John's wort & Biopir cleanses and cares for your skin. Afterwards, you will be treated to a relaxing salt stone massage with real salt crystals. 

After a tiring day out and about in the Ötztal mountain landscape, your tired muscles will be crying out for a relaxing massage. Focussing on the areas which have worked the hardest, your whole body will be treated using specially selected Alpienne oils.

ALPIENNE leg massage 25 min.

A pleasant and soothing calf massage followed by an arnica leg wrap. Recommended after any kind of sporting activity.

If you are on the move on the mountain for the whole day, this costs your body strength and energy. The mountain massage, individually adapted to the parts of your body under the most stress, ensures the greatest relaxation. 

 Combined with a bandage for home use 

A moisturising apple mask is applied to the whole body and then massaged in with many gentle strokes. Recommended for very dry skin!
